Primeur Sonata Planter - 33cm Slate

Very poor communication from the start. Only 3 arrived of the 6 ordered no email or note. 1 of the 3 was badly damaged with paint, was offered a 10% refund to keep it, this was an insult. Then was sent a email with QR Code to send back, took to the post office this QR Code won't work ! Then they arranged for a home collection, this all before replacement would be shipped to me. Spent over £100 on 6 and they waited until they had confirmation of pickup before sending me it out! Very very poor service
