Price & Kensington Honey Bee Mugs Assorted - 340ml

Initial comms was excellent when I messaged them that the order hadn't been for filled correctly. I ordered two cups which the advert stated "Assorted" there was only two designs and by my reckoning assorted meant mixed, varied, variegated, different. so I expected one of each design. They disagreed and wouldn't change one of the cups. They said that assorted meant that the order could be the same item twice. This is of course wrong but what can you do if they won't budge. Terrible customer service and what started with me thinking they were a good company to trade with has turned in to me never ordering from this terrible company again. It should have been such a simple thing to resolve. Shame and they really should employ staff understand the meaning of their descriptions.

We first saw these mugs for sale in a local museum kitchen. I searched online and found them!! They are lovely, were well packaged and were delivered quickly.

Really pleased

Myg is ok - unfortunately i midread the advert and thought i was getting two mugs. Price of mug was acceptable but not the postage charge msking it £7 for one mug.
